Susana Meza Graham is the COO at Paradox Interactive. She has been with Paradox Interactive since 2004, and has steered the company through various stages of change. Her main focus has been the organization and its growth, the publishing business (in particular marketing & communication) as well as Paradox’s internal and external image. Susana has worked extensively with other countries and cultures. She spent a year in New York setting up the company’s first US office in 2006. There was initial disappointment internally when Susana was hired as she was not a programmer.
